Ticket package price does not include airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, unscheduled meals or purchases such as gifts or memorabilia. Tickets are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis and only available while supplies last. Limit of four (4) tickets per MileagePlus account. Offer is nonrefundable. Tickets are transferable at any time. Upon booking, miles will be deducted automatically from purchaser's MileagePlus account and full payment in miles must be completed at time of booking. Show times and dates are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?

You can buy up to 150,000 miles per MileagePlus account every calendar year. Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, or in increments of 5,000 miles up to a maximum of 150,000 miles. How will I receive the tickets?

After the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account, your name will be added to the confirmation list. Tickets will be distributed at the event check-in. Please allow up to 48 hours after the event listing closes for us to contact you. Additional details will be sent via email 1-2 weeks before the event.

Where  are the seats?

The tickets are for the front section of the pavilion.

Do you offer refunds?

No, all purchases are nonrefundable.

How can I cancel?

All purchases are nonrefundable – no cancellations.

What additional charges might I incur?

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets can be transferred as a gift.  Cardmember must provide the name of the recipient and/or guests in the check-out form. 

Can I bring a child?

Yes. Regardless of age, every customer must have a ticket for admission. No child younger than 7 is admitted in the pavilion section of seating. Please note that one adult must accompany a minor.

What is the menu for the reception?

Levy Restaurants exclusively provides all food and beverage products at Ravinia. Below is a tentative menu that is subject to change.

• Artisanal cheeses: Local and imported cheeses served with flatbread crackers, house-made chutneys, dried fruit and honey
• Lemon and garlic hummus, roasted pepper hummus, edamame hummus and buttermilk ranch served with vegetable crudités
• Antipasti: Cured meats with marinated vegetables, mustards, olives and cornichons
• Sandwich carvery station: Create-your-own mini sandwiches with beef strip loin
• Mini cupcakes: Chocolate, red velvet and carrot cake
• Dessert bars and brownies
