- Once the Auction closes for an item, you will be notified if your bid was successful via email and asked to check out by accurately and completely filling out your best contact and shipping information. If you do not check-out within 48 hours your item may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest bidder. You will also be contacted by a United representative within 5 business days with more information on your package, unless otherwise specified in the product description. The item will be shipped to the address you have designated upon check-out.* However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please allow 3-7 days for shipment of tickets, depending on the event date, and 4-6 weeks for shipment of merchandise, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Auction Rules:

How will I receive my item?

Tangible items such as tickets, parking passes and merchandise will be shipped via FedEx to the primary address on file as quickly as possible after the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account. Yes. Before you purchase or win your item, please be sure to update your primary address in your account by logging into your account profile on united.com. You can edit your shipping information there.
