Are packages transferable?
No, the entire package is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the package is being given as a gift, the attending guest(s) information should be registered with United MileagePlus at the time of booking.
Are refunds available?
No. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
How can I cancel?
There are no cancellations.
Payment must be completed using your United MileagePlus Visa miles and full payment is due at time of booking in order to confirm reservation. Offer is non-refundable and may not be resold. All sales are final.

What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?
You can buy up to 150,000 miles per account every calendar year through Personal Miles®. Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, and in increments of 5,000 up to a maximum of 150,000 miles. Please allow up to 48 hours for miles to post to your MileagePlus account. Miles purchased are nonrefundable. Will transportation to/from the airport be provided?
Yes, transportation will be provided to/from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. Please note that transportation to/from your airport at your point of origin is your responsibility.
What hotel will I be staying at?
You will be staying at the Yellowstone Valley Lodge.
Can I upgrade my room at the hotel?
Unfortunately, the rooms for the trip are pre-booked and cannot be modified. All reservations are double occupancy.
If I decide to rent a car, will parking be available?
Yes, parking will be available just outside the cabins. There is no additional cost for parking. Please note if you decide to rent a car, the expense is not included in auction listing.
What meals are included?
Breakfast and dinner will be available at Yellowstone Valley Grill. A boxed lunch will be provided on fishing days. You will be responsible for any other meals not covered in the package inclusions.
If I have dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?
Yes. Please provide all special requests at the time of booking.
