How do I purchase a ticket?

What if I do not own a Visa Signature card?

Do you offer refunds?

No, all purchases are non-refundable

 

How can I cancel?

All purchases are non-refundable – no cancellation

 

What additional charges might I incur?

  • Airfare and hotel accommodations
  • Parking at the event
  • Unscheduled meals (breakfast, snacks)
  • Purchases such as gifts, memorabilia, etc.

Can I bring a child?

Yes. Any minor must be accompanied by an adult who is his/her parent or legal guardian or immediate family member.  Each accompanying adult must be part of the same package as their minor.

 

What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?

4 per cardholder.

 

What food is provided?

The food provided includes a carving station, salad, antipasto, desserts, and more.

 

Package & Event Details

What happens if I lose my tickets?

For this event, we will not send tickets prior to the event. Tickets will be held at the MileagePlus check-in table.

 

What time should I plan to arrive at the venue?

The VIP experience will begin at 6:00pm. The show begins at 7:30pm.

 

What are the registration requirements?

You will be required to show your e-ticket to enter the venue and gain access to the VIP Room.

 

What is the flow of the event?

The VIP experience will begin at 6:00pm featuring complimentary, pre-show appetizer, wine & beer selection. The show begins at 7:30pm. Guests will receive a $10 concessions voucher for use during intermission, as the VIP Room will not be accessible during intermission

 

Transportation

 

Does the offer include airfare?

No.

 

Will you provide transportation to the airport in my home city?

No.

 

Will ground transportation be provided?

No.

 

Will parking be available?

Yes, parking is available for one car. There are no physical parking passes. Guests will be on a designated parking list.

Are camera/video recorder’s permitted at the event?

What if I am running late?

The show starts on time and latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance. Late-coming wheelchair-users can only be admitted at the intermission
