Do children under the age of two need a purchased suite ticket?
- Any children under the age of two will not need a ticket to enter the suite. Anyone over the age of 2 will need a purchased ticket.
How will I receive my item?
- Suite tickets and parking passes are electronic and will be e-mailed to purchasing members on Friday, November 27th. Note this is only two (2) days before the game.
- Pre-game field access passes will need to be picked up at the designated will call location on game-day. Additional information regarding pass pick-up will be provided within your confirmation e-mail.
Can I have my items shipped to a different address?
- Yes. Before you purchase or win your item, please be sure to update your primary address in your account by logging into your account profile on united.com. You can edit your shipping information there. Once the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account, the transaction will be final and the items will automatically be shipped to the primary account.
