Attendees must be 21 years or older. Event price includes the items, activities, and/or benefits described in the offer. Other costs are additional unless otherwise stated. Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable. Packages of two (2) tickets are for one (1) MileagePlus Visa Signature card member and one (1) guest. Packages of four (4) tickets are for one (1) MileagePlus Visa Signature card member and three (3) guests. Limit one (1) package of any size per MileagePlus Visa Signature card member. Packages are extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Once the checkout process is complete, there are no refunds and no exchanges on orders. Packages are not for resale. Pebble Beach Food & Wine℠ and Visa reserve the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without notice to participants. In the event of such a cancellation, card member will receive a full refund. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Room accommodations for this event are part of a group master account and therefore will not be eligible for tier status or any promotions.

Delivery Time:
Once the Auction closes for an item, you will be notified if your bid was successful via email and asked to check out by accurately and completely filling out your best contact and shipping information. If you do not check-out within 48 hours your item may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest bidder. You will also be contacted by a United representative within 5 business days with more information on your package, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
A physical mailing address within the 48 United States is required to bid on this item. Ships to U.S. 48 only. Cannot ship to a P.O. Box. For additional information, please refer to the Auction rules & restrictions. Return policy: Once a bid has been placed you cannot retract it. Auction Rules:
To participate in an auction, the number of Award Miles in your account should be at least equal to the Current bid per item. Enter the total number of Award Miles you want to bid in 'My max bid'. After placing your bid, you may follow the auction at the 'My auction account' page. If you win the auction, you will be notified via email and your account will be automatically debited for the amount of Award Miles you had bid. No miles will be deducted from your account before the end of the auction.
Quantity
The quantity (number of items) available in this Auction is 1. You may not bid for more than one item. Bid per item Based on the current Winning bid, the system calculates the required minimum bid amount for your bid to become the Winning bid. Your bid must be equal or higher than the required minimum bid shown in the field \'My max bid\'. If your bid is higher than the required minimum, the system will automatically increase the bid on your behalf, using only as much of your Maximum bid as is required to keep you in the winning lot.
The Maximum bid is the highest price in Award Miles you are willing to pay for the item, however you won\'t necessarily use the full amount of your maximum bid. Package & Event Details
What happens if I lose my tickets?
Upon arrival, you will pick up your event badge on-site at the designated UMP registration area (TBC). If you lose your badge during the event, please contact your on-site Visa Signature event staff for a replacement badge. Pebble Beach Food & Wine is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property or merchandise. Badges are not replaceable because they are printed in advance. Replacement will most likely be a hard ticket in lieu of a badge.
What time should I plan to arrive at the Resort?
You may arrive as early as 8:00 AM at Pebble Beach Resorts on Thursday, March 31 – standard check-in is at 4:00 PM but you may request early check-in (2:00 PM), but it’s not guaranteed
Check-out time will be 12:00 pm on Sunday, April 3; again you may request a late check-out (2:00 PM) but it’s not guaranteed
What are the registration requirements?
Once you arrive at The Inn at Spanish Bay, please proceed to the front desk to check-in. Please provide your name(s) to the front desk staff.
You will need the following to check-in:
• Driver’s license or photo ID
• Your United MileagePlus card (for any resort incidentals)
After checking in for your hotel room at the front desk, you will proceed to the dedicated United MileagePlus registration table where you will receive an itinerary and any additional information from the Visa Signature hospitality staff onsite.
Will I receive a welcome packet and how will it be mailed?
Yes, once the auction closes, you will receive a welcome packet delivered to the email address you provide within 5-7 days of your confirmation email from United MileagePlus.

What type of room will be booked for me?

Can I extend my hotel stay?
Yes, based on availability. Cardholders will be responsible for paying for the additional nights. You may extend your stay, but only by calling the Pebble Beach Resorts directly. Rates are based upon availability.

What is the golf format?
Attendees will be arranged in foursomes for rounds of golf. More details to come.
Is a golf handicap required?
No. All levels are welcome.
How can I book a caddie for the round of golf included?
Caddies are not included. However, requests can be made up to 72 hours before the event. Caddie fees to be determined.
How can I book rental clubs?
It is strongly recommended you bring your own clubs. If rental clubs are needed, there will be more information in the Welcome Packet.
Can I book additional discounted golf/spa treatments?
Yes, once confirmed as a registered guest the cardholder may call Pebble Beach directly to book additional golf, spa or activities.
