Each daily pass is valid for use at select 2016 Tribeca Film Festival® events and only on the applicable date(s) as selected by TFF. Use of each daily pass is subject to additional terms and limitations of the issuer, including, without limitation, that: (a) each daily pass is valid only during the date noted thereon; (b) each daily pass allows the bearer (one person) access to official 2016 Tribeca Film Festival hospitality lounges at Spring Studios (subject to certain venue access restrictions), Tribeca Drive-In® events and Tribeca Drive-In® reserved seating, 2016 Tribeca Film Festival general public screenings including ticketed premiere events (excluding all RSVP events) and public panel discussions; provided, however, that admittance is not guaranteed for any such event(s).  For the avoidance of doubt, daily passes are not valid for admission to 2016 Tribeca Film Festival RSVP events (including, without limitation, opening night; galas; RSVP screenings; parties; etc.).  These daily passes have no retail value and may not be resold.
