MileagePlus Visa Signature Offer Terms and Conditions - VIP Night

Offer valid until three days prior to the date of performance, as stated in this email. Ticket package price does not include airfare, accommodations, purchases such as gifts or memorabilia (except souvenir program included with offer), transportation, or unscheduled meals. Tickets are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis and only available while supplies last. Limit of four (4) tickets per person per United MileagePlus® Visa Signature® cardholder. Offer is non-refundable. Tickets are transferable at any time. Cardholder must use a valid U.S.-issued United MileagePlus® Visa Signature® card to secure benefits and price. Upon booking, miles will be deducted automatically from purchaser's United MileagePlus account and full payment in miles must be completed at time of booking. Show times and dates are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Tickets may not be resold. Void where prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Event tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by ticket issuer. Participant agrees to comply with all applicable venue regulations with respect to the ticket offer. In redeeming this offer, participant, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such participants, whether or not related, agrees to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of Cirque du Soleil®, United Airlines, Inc., MileagePlus Holdings, LLC, Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, Qualfon Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, and related companies, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, promotion and marketing agencies, including International Merchandising Company LLC, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability or damage of any kind (including personal injury) resulting from or arising from participation in the event or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto).

Miles accrued, awards and benefits issued are subject to change and are subject to the rules of the United MileagePlus program, including without limitation the Premier® program (the "MileagePlus Program"), which are expressly incorporated herein. How will I receive my tickets?

You will receive e-tickets prior to the event to the email address on file with your account.

How will I get free parking?

For complimentary parking, you will need to print out your ticket ahead of time and present it to the parking attendant.

Do you offer refunds?

No, all purchases are non-refundable.

How can I cancel?

All purchases are non-refundable – no cancellation.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the ticket price?

Yes, taxes and gratuities are included in the ticket price.

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets can be transferred as a gift.  Cardholder must provide name of recipient and/or guests in the check-out form.

Can I bring a child?

Yes, there is no age minimum for the event.
