Ticket package price does not include airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, unscheduled meals or purchases such as gifts or memorabilia (except souvenir gift included with offer). Tickets are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis and only available while supplies last. Limit of 4 tickets per MileagePlus Visa Signature® cardholder. Offer is non-refundable. Tickets are transferable at any time. Cardholder must use a valid U.S.-issued MileagePlus Visa Signature® card to secure benefits and price. Upon booking, miles will be deducted automatically from purchaser's MileagePlus account and full payment in miles must be completed at time of booking. Show times and dates are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Tickets may not be resold. Void where prohibited.

Event tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by ticket issuer. Participant agrees to comply with all applicable venue regulations with respect to the ticket offer. In redeeming this offer, participant, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such participants, whether or not related, agrees to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of Cirque du Soleil®, United Airlines, Inc., MileagePlus Holdings, LLC, Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, Qualfon Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, and related companies, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, promotion and marketing agencies, including International Merchandising Company LLC, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability or damage of any kind (including personal injury) resulting from or arising from participation in the event or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto).
