How will I receive the tickets?

After the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account, your name will be added to the guest list. Please bring a valid government ID to the event. Additional details will be sent via email 1-2 weeks before the event.

Do you offer refunds?

No, all purchases are nonrefundable.

How can I cancel?

All purchases are nonrefundable – no cancellations.
