How will I receive my item?

• Tangible items such as tickets, parking passes and merchandise will be shipped via FedEx to the primary address on file as quickly as possible after the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account. Please allow for up to 48 hours after winning or purchasing your item for a member from our team to reach out to you.

Can I have my items shipped to a different address?

• Yes.  Before you purchase or win your item, please be sure to update your primary address in your account by logging into your account profile on united.com. You can edit your shipping information there. Once the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account, the transaction will be final and the items will automatically be shipped to the primary account.
