Through a partnership between United® and the Asian Art museum, we're pleased to host an exclusive event for United MileagePlus® Chase Cardmembers. This event includes:

- Live music by a trio of koto, shakuhachi and shamisen performers
- Private access to the second-floor galleries, home to rotating pieces from the museum's collection of works from China, Japan and Korea*

Offer terms and conditions
Offer valid until ten (10) days prior to date of event, as stated in the event description, while supplies last. Ticket package price does not include airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, unscheduled meals or purchases such as gifts or memorabilia. Tickets are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis and only available while supplies last. Limit of four (4) tickets per MileagePlus account. Offer is nonrefundable. Tickets are transferable at any time. Upon booking, miles will be deducted automatically from purchaser's MileagePlus account and full payment in miles must be completed at time of booking. Show times and dates are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

Limitation of liability

What if I do not have a United MileagePlus credit card?

What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?
You can buy up to 150,000 miles per MileagePlus account every calendar year. Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, or in increments of 5,000 miles up to a maximum of 150,000 miles. Please allow up to 48 hours for miles to post to your MileagePlus account. Please note that miles purchased are nonrefundable. To learn more about buying miles, visit buymiles.mileageplus.com.
How will I receive the tickets?
After the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account, your name will be added to the confirmation list. There are no physical tickets to this event. Please allow up to 48 hours after the event listing closes for us to contact you. Additional details will be sent via email 1-2 weeks before the event.
Do you offer refunds?
No, all purchases are nonrefundable.
How can I cancel?
All purchases are nonrefundable – no cancellations.

Are tickets transferable?
Yes, tickets can be transferred as a gift. After completing the purchase, Cardmember must provide the name of the recipient and/or guests in the check-out form.
