With a rich culinary history, the Chicago's West Loop Fulton Market District has become home to some of the citys hottest restaurants and chefs. To celebrate that history and showcase local businesses, Chefs Stephanie Izard (Girl & the Goat) and Paul Kahan (Publican) - two of the area's biggest culinary names - have joined forces to curate Fulton Market Harvest Fest. This autumnal bash will bring together local breweries and restaurants, uniting the city's top culinary talent with notable chefs from around the country, including Rick Bayless, John Besh, Marc Forgione, Stephanie Izard, Aaron Sanchez, and many more.
