Mercantile dining & provision combines a market and a restaurant to better deliver the story of everything we consume. Its open kitchen peels back the curtain to show exactly how components are used to create the finished product, providing the full narrative from farm to table.

Chef Alex Seidel is a James Beard finalist, recipient of many awards and accolades. He owns and operates Fruition Farms, which houses
Colorado's first artisanal sheep's milk creamery. He produces five types of cheeses, grows herbs and vegetables for both of his restaurants, and raises heritage breed pigs.

Purchase limit: Two (2) spaces or plate settings per Cardmember (one space per person = one plate setting)

Event cost does not include:

• Taxes and gratuities for additional activities or services (coat check, etc.)

Tickets are on sale now through 10/19/17 or while supplies last. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Each place setting is for one individual. Place settings are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Offer excludes transportation. Purchaser must be a United MileagePlus Visa Signature cardholder. Upon booking, miles will be deducted automatically from purchaser's MileagePlus account and full payment is due at time of booking in order to confirm reservation. All purchases are final and any cancellation by cardholder is non-refundable. Limit of two (2) place settings per cardholder. What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?

You can buy up to 150,000 miles per account every calendar year through Personal Miles®. Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, and in increments of 5,000 up to a maximum of 150,000 miles. Please allow up to 48 hours for miles to post to your MileagePlus account. Miles purchased are nonrefundable. Do you offer refunds?

No, all purchases are non-refundable.

How can I cancel?

All purchases are non-refundable – no cancellation.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

We can accommodate most common dietary restrictions and allergies. Please notify us on the check-out page after you have purchased – after purchasing, you'll receive an email directing you to this check-out page. While we will try to accommodate all dietary restrictions, please note that we cannot guarantee this if we are advised less than 48 hours prior to the event.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the ticket price?

Taxes and gratuities are included for dinner and beverage pairing for each (1) place setting/space.

What additional charges might I incur?

• Transportation to/from restaurant

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets can be transferred as a gift.  Cardholder must provide name of recipient and/or guests in the check-out form.

Can I bring a child?

No, as alcohol will be served, all attendees must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of the event.
