What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?

You can buy up to 150,000 miles per account every calendar year through Personal Miles®. Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, and in increments of 5,000 up to a maximum of 150,000 miles. Please allow up to 48 hours for miles to post to your MileagePlus account. Miles purchased are nonrefundable. How will I receive my tickets?

Once you purchase your tickets and complete the check-out form, you will be added to the guest list at the event. An email will be sent to you one week before the event with tickets which will need to be printed in hard copy form, along with security instructions on how and when to enter Aureole (W. 42nd Street between 6th and 7th Avenues). Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you for identification.

Do you offer refunds?

No, all purchases are non-refundable.

How can I cancel?

All purchases are non-refundable – no cancellation.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

We can accommodate most common dietary restrictions and allergies. Please notify us on the check-out page after you have purchased – after purchasing, you'll receive an email directing you to this check-out page. While we will try to accommodate all dietary restrictions, please note that we cannot guarantee this if we are advised less than 48 hours prior to the event.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the ticket price?

Taxes and gratuities are included for dinner and beverage pairing for each (1) place setting/space.

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets can be transferred as a gift.  Cardholder must provide name of recipient and/or guests in the check-out form.
