Through United’s partnership with illy, an Italian family coffee business founded in Trieste in 1933, we’re pleased to offer a private event that United MileagePlus® Chase Cardmembers can use their award miles to attend.
This experience includes:
- Reception with assorted breakfast pastries and breads
- 90-minute interactive coffee course
- Tasting and discussion of the flavors and aromas of illy’s Arabica Selection single-origin coffees from Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia
- Three-course plated lunch at Range

Offer terms and conditions
Offer valid until ten (10) days prior to date of event, as stated in the event description, while supplies last. Ticket package price does not include airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, unscheduled meals or purchases such as gifts or memorabilia. Tickets are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis and only available while supplies last. Limit of four (4) tickets per MileagePlus account. Offer is nonrefundable. Tickets are transferable at any time. Upon booking, miles will be deducted automatically from purchaser's MileagePlus account and full payment in miles must be completed at time of booking. Show times and dates are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

Limitation of liability
Event tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by ticket issuer. Participant agrees to comply with all applicable venue regulations with respect to the ticket offer. What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?
You can buy up to 150,000 miles per MileagePlus account every calendar year. Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, or in increments of 5,000 miles up to a maximum of 150,000 miles. Please allow up to 48 hours for miles to post to your MileagePlus account. Please note that miles purchased are nonrefundable. To learn more about buying miles, visit buymiles.mileageplus.com.
How will I receive the tickets?
After the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account, your name will be added to the confirmation list. There are no physical tickets to this event. Please allow up to 48 hours after the event listing closes for us to contact you. Additional details will be sent via email 1-2 weeks before the event.
Do you offer refunds?
No, all purchases are nonrefundable.
How can I cancel?
All purchases are nonrefundable – no cancellations.

Is this purchase transferable for someone else to attend the event?
Yes, tickets can be transferred as a gift. After completing the purchase, provide the name of the recipient and/or guests by calling (800) 910-3582 and leaving a detailed message or by completing the Cardmember Support Form.
What is the menu for lunch?
The menu is seasonal and subject to change. Pre-selected wine, beer and soft drinks will be available with lunch.
