During the preview, members will also have the opportunity to give United feedback on their experience within the Polaris Lounge. 

Our brand-new United Polaris lounge is available exclusively to our international premium cabin travelers, offering a thoughtful selection of amenities to prepare you for your flight. Food and drink selections include nods to both the local area and the popular destinations we serve from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Pair your meal with your beverage of choice, with options including specially curated wines, premium spirits, craft brews and handcrafted cocktails.

Access to the lounge is typically only available to customers traveling in United Polaris business class or United Polaris first class on long-haul international flights before departure, during connections or upon arrival. Customers traveling in international first or business class on Star Alliance™ partner airlines may also access the lounge only at the airport of their international departure.

• Each attending guest must have their own ticket to be granted admission
• Limit two (2) tickets per member
• Each ticket corresponds to the designated time slot
• Access to table meals subject to availability

• No, passes are only valid for admission to the Polaris Lounge on Wednesday, June 27 for the designated time slot. These passes will not be accepted on any day before or after Wednesday, June 27.

•  No, guests who are not flying on Wednesday, June 27 will be granted a gate pass to gain entrance through TSA Security. A member of our MileagePlus Exclusives team will email members with information regarding gate passes.
