About Old Major:
Old Major is a tight-knit group of passionate folks doing things a little differently. They’re friends with their farmers and fishermen. They focus on heritage-raised meats from Colorado farms they know and respect. And their in-house, nose-to-tail butchery
program makes the most of these quality meats. They even cure in-house—you’ll see the charcuterie room in the dining room, perfectly placed for extended ogling. They serve a limited selection of fine, sustainable seafood and they source ingredients from local
farms. It’s an honest approach to doing food right. It all comes together in what they like to call contemporary farmhouse cuisine. It’s deformalized fine dining—and it’s just plain good.
About Chef Justin Brunson:
As the Owner and Executive Chef of Old Major, Justin brings close to two decades of culinary experience to his latest eatery. He focuses on heritage-raised meats, sustainable seafood and ingredients sourced from local farms. Born and raised to an Iowan farming
family, Justin’s childhood was spent gardening, hunting and fishing. These activities along with his agricultural roots begin to describe his passion for food and its preparation.
About Landmark Vineyards:
Nestled at the base of the Mayacamas Mountain Range in the Sonoma Valley, Landmark Vineyards epitomizes the rustic grace and beauty of Sonoma County. Since 1974, Landmark has been dedicated to producing handcrafted, ultra-premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourcing
grapes from unique vineyard sites throughout California to create rich, balanced wines. Landmark’s wines may be purchased from select wine shops and restaurants, directly from Landmark’s Tasting Room, online store, or through membership in the Wine Society.
