Bakery teaming up to make the ultimate sausage sandwich for United's onboard service, we're giving members the opportunity to learn from World Champion of BBQ and pitmaster himself, Chef Charlie McKenna of Lillie’s Q.
This summer, MileagePlus members can attend a private cooking demo at Lillie’s Q in Chicago, and sip cocktails and enjoy appetizers while you watch. McKenna will be showing
off his best practices for grilling and smoking pulled pork, plus his killer coleslaw recipe. Becoming a BBQ pitmaster will require you to handle your tools with authority — he’s got your back there too with a knife skills lesson. He won’t leave you hanging,
