- Beginning this year, the Chicago Bears have switched to digital/mobile tickets. Tickets will be delivered digitally. MileagePlus Exclusives will provide directions on how to claim your digital tickets.
- The parking pass will be shipped directly to the address we have on file for the auction winner.
- The pregame field passes will be available to pick up on the day of the game.
- United Club passes will be available for pick up at Will Call under the auction winner's name. Please bring a valid photo I.D. in order to collect your tickets.
Can I have my items shipped to a different address?
- Yes. Before you purchase or win your item, please be sure to update your primary address in your account by logging into your account profile on united.com. You can edit your shipping information there. Once the miles have been deducted from your MileagePlus account, the transaction will be final and the items will automatically be shipped to the primary account. If you are unable to update your address, please reach out to MileagePlus Exclusives over phone or email upon the closure of the auction.
