Join United and the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) for a welcome shakeout stretch on Friday, November 1 for the TCS New York City Marathon. Learn stretching techniques
and come away with a better understanding of the importance of incorporating them daily while also getting your muscles loose. The 45-minute class at the Run Pavilion will focus on mindful movement, proper alignment and how to listen to the body’s physical
cues. Finish off the session by enjoying light refreshments post-stretch. RSVP for one of three sessions now.
This event is complimentary and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This will be a shared experience that will include other MileagePlus program members.
