Young and his team's primary responsibility is to develop engagement and retention strategy for the co-brand cardmembers through product optimization, promotional offers and experiential engagement. Young joined United in 2009 and led the customer lifecycle
marketing strategy and targeted marketing teams, prior to joining MileagePlus international partnerships group in 2016.
Mehul Patel, Director, Member Lifecycle, United Airlines
Mehul oversees MileagePlus lifecycle strategy and leads a team focused on creating programs and initiatives that deliver meaningful experiences to members, and drive long-term loyalty. Mehul has been at United for 13 years, and has held various roles in the
Loyalty department for the last 10 years.
Jonathan Mullings, Senior Manager, Business Development, United Airlines
Jonathan and his team build new sales relationships with companies of all sizes in order to help them maximize their travel spend. Prior to this role, Jonathan managed and negotiated some of United’s largest global corporate contracts, as well as a portfolio
of small business accounts.

Jenny works with Visa’s partners to launch initiatives and solutions focused on helping Small Businesses grow and thrive. Jenny joined Visa in 2019 to lead client development initiatives centered around automating accounts payable processes for Large and Middle
Market businesses.
Vinny Rovito, Marketing Manager, Chase United Co-Brand Business, Chase
Vinny leads acquisition, portfolio engagement, and retention strategies for the United Business Card and United Club Business Card. Vinny has been at Chase for 5 years and has held several product management roles, focused on small business customers.
