About Meg Bickford and Ian McNulty
Chef Meg Bickford has called the Commander’s Palace kitchen her culinary home since June 2008 and took on the role of Executive Chef in October 2020. With over 12 years of experience with the Commander’s Family of Restaurants, Chef Meg previously served as the Executive Chef of Cafe Adelaide, the Commander’s family’s playful, modern Creole restaurant. In her time at the helm of Café Adelaide, Meg was chosen as one of FSR Magazine’s “Rising Stars” and one of Louisiana Cookin’s “Chefs to Watch.” Chef Meg takes over the kitchen after Chef Tory McPhail, who served as Executive Chef for 18 years. Ian McNulty Ian McNulty is a writer for The Times-Picayune/The New Orleans Advocate, covering restaurants and food culture. His commentary series Where Y’Eat airs weekly on NPR affiliate WWNO, and he is a frequent contributor to WWL-TV and WWL radio in New Orleans. Tickets are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Must be a United MileagePlus Visa Cardmember to secure benefits and price. Upon booking, miles will be deducted automatically from purchaser's MileagePlus account, and full payment in miles must be completed at time of booking to confirm reservation. Meal kits to be shipped to Cardmember who purchased experience. Limit two (2) meal kits per Cardmember.
