As a United MileagePlus® Cardmember, you are invited to bid with miles on a chance for you and a guest to learn to fly some of the world's greatest planes at the United Flight Training Center simulator in Denver, Colorado!

With a starting bid at 50,000 miles, your package will include:

• Roundtrip airfare (domesitc, from the continental US) for two (2) to Denver, Colorado, on United in United Economy®, leaving on the morning of September 16. If you and your guest desire to arrive before and/or depart after the event date, United will consider reasonable adjustments to your flight itinerary (however, hotel accommodations are not part of this package).
• Two (2) hours of simulator flying time in a Boeing simulator
• Two (2) hours of simulator flying time in an Airbus simulator
• Meet and greet with the United Flight Training Center team
• Emergency procedures tour, including classroom and emergency slide
• Premium souvenir gift
• Complimentary breakfast and lunch
• Champagne toast

Please do not attend the event if you have COVID-19 symptoms, test positive for COVID-19 or if instructed to isolate or quarantine by a public health professional. Please adhere to local and state guidelines for any mask rules (if applicable).

Auction Rules:

To participate in an auction, the number of award miles in your account should be at least equal to the Current bid per item. Enter the total number of Award Miles you want to bid in 'My max bid'. After placing your bid, you may follow the auction at the 'My auction account' page. If you win the auction, you will be notified via email and your account will be automatically debited for the amount of Award Miles you had bid. No miles will be deducted from your account before the end of the auction.

Quantity

The quantity (number of items) available in this Auction is 4. You may not bid for more than one item. Bid per item based on the current Winning bid, the system calculates the required minimum bid amount for your bid to become the Winning bid. Your bid must be equal or higher than the required minimum bid shown in the field \'My max bid\'. If your bid is higher than the required minimum, the system will automatically increase the bid on your behalf, using only as much of your Maximum bid as is required to keep you in the winning lot. 

The Maximum bid is the highest price in award miles you are willing to pay for the item, however you won\'t necessarily use the full amount of your maximum bid. Your maximum bid will be kept confidential. Winning bid The Winning bid is the highest bid among all bids received so far. Every bid placed replaces the current Winning bid. When the auction ends, the member holding the Winning bid will be the winner. Bid history In the Bid history, all bids that have been placed so far for the item are listed in reverse chronology. The current winning bid can be viewed by clicking "Show Winning Bids".

Trip package is on sale now through 8/26/2022, while supplies last, for the Flight Training Experience. Each auction package is for two (2) individuals. Each event date is a separate auction. Limit of one (1) package per Cardmember. Package is awarded to the highest bidder at the time the auction closes. Offer excludes ground transportation and hotel accommodations. Offer includes roundtrip airfare for two to Denver, Colorado, on United in United Economy® (within the continental U.S.). Event/Experience is subject to terms and conditions as specified by ticket issuer. Participant agrees to comply with all applicable venue regulations with respect to the offer. In redeeming this offer, participant, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such participants, whether or not related, agrees to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of United Airlines, Inc., Mileage Plus Holdings LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, and related companies, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, promotion and marketing agencies, including International Merchandising Company LLC, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability or damage of any kind (including personal injury) resulting from or arising from participation in the event or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto).

What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?

You can buy up to 150,000 miles per account every calendar year through Personal Miles; Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, and in increments of 5,000 up to a maximum of 150,000 miles.
