Honorary Observer experience at the 2023 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am – Sunday

• Attendees must be 16 years of age or older to participate.
• Tickets are non-transferable. 
• Honorary Observers are required to attend an orientation with PGA TOUR^® official on the day of your experience

Delivery Time:

Once the Auction closes for an item, you will be notified if your bid was successful via email and asked to check out by accurately and completely filling out your best contact and shipping information. If you do not check-out within 48 hours your item may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest bidder. You will also be contacted by a United representative within 5 business days with more information on your package, unless otherwise specified in the product description. 

Return policy: Once a bid has been placed you cannot retract it. Except as otherwise determined by United Air Lines, Inc., in its sole discretion, no refunds will be provided on any Auction item. If for any reason an item is received damaged, becomes unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, United Air Lines, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to offer a concession to impacted members. Privacy policy: Any personal data received through your online transaction will be kept confidential and may only be used to process and complete the required transaction.

Auction Rules:

To participate in an auction, the number of award miles in your account should be at least equal to the Current bid per item. Enter the total number of Award Miles you want to bid in 'My max bid'. After placing your bid, you may follow the auction at the 'My auction account' page. If you win the auction, you will be notified via email and your account will be automatically debited for the amount of Award Miles you had bid. No miles will be deducted from your account before the end of the auction.

Quantity

The quantity (number of items) available in this Auction is 2. You may not bid for more than one item. Bid per item Based on the current Winning bid, the system calculates the required minimum bid amount for your bid to become the Winning bid. Your bid must be equal or higher than the required minimum bid shown in the field \'My max bid\'. If your bid is higher than the required minimum, the system will automatically increase the bid on your behalf, using only as much of your Maximum bid as is required to keep you in the winning lot. 

The Maximum bid is the highest price in award miles you are willing to pay for the item, however you won\'t necessarily use the full amount of your maximum bid. Your maximum bid will be kept confidential. Winning bid The Winning bid is the highest bid among all bids received so far. Every bid placed replaces the current Winning bid. When the auction ends, the member holding the Winning bid will be the winner. Bid history In the Bid history, all bids that have been placed so far for the item are listed in reverse chronology. The current winning bid can be viewed by clicking "Show Winning Bids".

What are Honorary Observers?
Honorary Observers are designated individuals, paired in one group (two guests per group) who accompany a foursome inside the ropes during a competition round at Pebble Beach Golf Links. Being an Honorary Observer is an exclusive opportunity to be as close as possible to the action of a PGA TOUR^® tournament and is a truly unforgettable experience.

Where and when should Honorary Observers check‐in?
Honorary Observer Check‐In is located inside the Pebble Beach Pro Shop, near the #1 Tee. An Honorary
Observer Committee volunteer will provide required “inside the ropes” credentials and a tournament hat.
All Honorary Observers must attend an orientation before their round on the day of their experience.
Orientation is usually scheduled for 7:30 am.

What time is tee off?
Tee times for rounds accompanied by United Airlines’ Honorary Observer guests at the 2023 tournament will be between approximately 8 - 10 a.m. on February 5. Guests walking on Sunday, February 5 will be notified via email on Saturday, February 4 of their tee time and who they will be walking with. Please note that participants will be asked to check-in before assigned rounds at the Pebble Beach Pro Shop, near the 1st tee, to receive their credentials and a brief orientation at 7:30 AM, regardless of tee time.

What is the dress code for Honorary Observers?
Long pants suitable for golf are preferred; however, tailored solid colored knee‐length shorts and skirts may
also be worn; solid colors are required. Soft‐spike golf shoes or athletic shoes must be worn.
Prohibited clothing include: jeans and cargo pants of any length (long or short), t‐shirts and shirts with no collar, metalspike
golf shoes, sandals and other open‐toed shoes.
