Can I bring a child?
Yes. Any minor must be accompanied by an adult who is his/her parent or legal guardian or immediate family member. Each accompanying adult must be part of the same package as their minor.

Package & Event Details
What happens if I lose my tickets?
Unfortunately, lost or stolen e-tickets cannot be replaced. Guests are responsible for their e-tickets once they receive them.
What time should I plan to arrive at the venue?
The VIP tent will open at 7:00pm in advance of the show which will begin at 8:00p. The VIP tent will also be open for 30 minutes during intermission.
What are the registration requirements?
You will be required to show your e-ticket to enter the venue and gain access to the VIP Rouge Suite.
What is the flow of the event?
The VIP tent will open at 7:00pm featuring complimentary, pre-show appetizer, wine & beer selection and access to a curtained-off private salon. The show begins at 8:00pm. The suite will reopen for 30 minutes at Intermission with desserts and beer & wine. Attendees will also receive a parting gift at Intermission.
BTS Night attendees should remain in their seat after the show, where they will be greeted by a Cirque staff member to begin the backstage tour.
Transportation

Will parking be available?
Yes, parking is available for one car. There are no physical parking passes. Guests will be on a designated parking list.

Are camera/video recorder’s permitted at the event?

What if I am running late?
The show starts on time and latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance. Late-coming wheelchair-users can only be admitted at the intermission
