Chakra Lecture - A short lecture on what chakras are and how they govern parts of our lives and the effects they have on us when they are balanced on unbalanced. Focus will be on the root chakra, the foundational chakra in our bodies.

Grounding Yoga Flow - A 60-minute, grounding yoga flow to promote a balanced root chakra

Mantras and Mudras - An introduction of a mantras you can say out loud or within, mudra shapes you can make with your hands to assist in balancing the root chakra.

Stones, Scents and Sounds - A review of the types of essential oils, stones, and sound frequencies you can surround yourself with to assist in balancing the root chakra.

Kundalini Yoga Kriya - A short yet energetic kriya practice to stimulate stability of the root chakra.

Guided Meditation - A 25-minute guided meditation to encourage sensations of safety, stability and grounding.

Journaling - Journaling prompts will be provided at the beginning, middle and end of the session to allow you the space to capture thoughts on paper in your journey to balance your root chakra.

Yoga Mat - If you do not have a yoga mat, please let us know and one can be provided

Journal, pen/pencil - We will be journaling. Bring your journal and pen/pencil to write with.
Comfortable clothing - Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in for your yoga practice.
