Get exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to Texans Media Day — a rare opportunity to see how the team captures content for the upcoming season! You and a guest will be escorted through the media day set, where you'll have the chance to pose for professional photos taken before the cameras start rolling. You’ll get a front-row look at the action and a chance to see the Texans in their element. To make your media day moment picture-perfect, you’ll also receive a Texans gift card to go on a shopping spree before the shoot.

Don’t miss your chance to step inside Texans Media Day and experience behind-the-scenes magic like never before!

Personal video, photography, and autograph requests will be prohibited, however, the team will send your photos from the shoot in the days following the event.

Bids will start at 20,000. There is one (1) package for this experience. This package is for two (2) people. Bidding for this event will open at 9:00 AM CT on May 23, 2025, and close at 9:00 AM CT on June 3, 2025. The winning member will be notified and sent additional details by June 4, 2025.

*There are no minimum age restrictions for participation; however, individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

*Parking will be available at the stadium. Instructions will be provided ahead of event day.

Non-refundable: Once redeemed with miles, this experience cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
No resale: This experience may not be re-sold or bartered. The sale or barter or attempted sale or barter of any ticket obtained in the Auction is expressly prohibited. Any ticket transferred in violation of this rule may be confiscated or canceled.
Cancellation: United reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified via email and given further instructions

Delivery Time

Once the auction closes for an item, you will be notified if your bid was successful via email and asked to check out by accurately and completely filling out your best contact and shipping information. If you do not check-out within 48 hours your item may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest bidder. You will also be contacted by a United representative within 5 business days with more information on your package, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Return policy

Once a bid has been placed you cannot retract it. Except as otherwise determined by United Airlines, Inc., in its sole discretion, no refunds will be provided on any auction item. If for any reason an item is received damaged, becomes unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, United Airlines, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to offer a concession to impacted members.

Auction Rules

To participate in an auction, the number of award miles in your account should be at least equal to the current bid per item. Enter the total number of Award Miles you want to bid in 'My max bid'. After placing your bid, you may follow the auction at the 'My auction account' page. If you win the auction, you will be notified via email and your account will be automatically debited for Award Miles you had bid. No miles will be deducted from your account before the end of the auction.

Quantity

The quantity available is stated on the auction page. You may not bid for more than allowable quantity. Bid per package based on the current winning bid, the system calculates the required minimum bid amount for your bid to become the winning bid. Your bid must be equal or higher than the required minimum bid shown in the field \'My max bid\'. If your bid is higher than the required minimum, the system will automatically increase the bid on your behalf, using only as much of your maximum bid as is required to keep you in the winning lot.

The maximum bid is the highest price in award miles you are willing to pay for the item, however you won't necessarily use the full amount of your maximum bid. Your maximum bid will be kept confidential.

What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?

You can buy up to 150,000 miles per account every calendar year through Personal Miles; Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, and in increments of 5,000 up to a maximum of 150,000 miles.
