Tickets on sale from now to 12/15/2017 or while supplies last. Attendees must be 21 years or older. The auction package is for two individuals. Place settings are awarded to the highest bidder at the time the auction closes. Transportation is not included. Cardholder must use a valid U.S.-issued United MileagePlus Visa Signature card to secure benefits and price. Upon booking, miles will be deducted automatically from purchaser's Mileage Plus account and full payment in miles must be completed at time of booking in order to confirm reservation. Auction Rules:

To participate in an auction, the number of Award Miles in your account should be at least equal to the Current bid per item. Enter the total number of Award Miles you want to bid in 'My max bid'. After placing your bid, you may follow the auction at the 'My auction account' page. If you win the auction, you will be notified via email and your account will be automatically debited for the amount of Award Miles you had bid. No miles will be deducted from your account before the end of the auction.

Quantity

The quantity (number of items) available in this Auction is 10. You may not bid for more than one item. Bid per item Based on the current Winning bid, the system calculates the required minimum bid amount for your bid to become the Winning bid. Your bid must be equal or higher than the required minimum bid shown in the field 'My max bid'. If your bid is higher than the required minimum, the system will automatically increase the bid on your behalf, using only as much of your Maximum bid as is required to keep you in the winning lot. 

The Maximum bid is the highest price in Award Miles you are willing to pay for the item, however you won't necessarily use the full amount of your maximum bid. Your maximum bid will be kept confidential. Winning bid The Winning bid is the highest bid among all bids received so far. Every bid placed replaces the current Winning bid. When the auction ends, the member holding the Winning bid will be the winner. Bid history In the Bid history, all bids that have been placed so far for the item are listed in reverse chronology. How will I receive my tickets?

Once you purchase your tickets and complete the check-out form, you will be added to the guest list at the event. An email will be sent to you one week before the event with tickets which will need to be printed in hard copy form, along with security instructions on how and when to enter Aureole (W. 42nd Street between 6th and 7th Avenues). Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you for identification.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

We can accommodate most common dietary restrictions and allergies. Please notify us on the check-out page after you have purchased – after purchasing, you'll receive an email directing you to this check-out page. While we will try to accommodate all dietary restrictions, please note that we cannot guarantee this if we are advised less than 48 hours prior to the event.

Do you offer refunds?

No, all purchases are non-refundable.
