The weekend itinerary includes:*

Friday, October 18

• Welcome reception at Domaine Serene Club House.
• 4-course dinner and wine pairings featuring a seasonal menu by Chef Athena Delgado at Domaine Serene's Le Champagne Cave

Saturday, October 19

• Private guided vineyard tour of Domaine Serene in Dayton including tastings along the way (approximately 45 minutes, weather permitting)
• 45th Parallel lunch experience at Domaine Serene on the patio (weather permitting) which was names "one of the finest meals I've ever enjoyed on the West Coast" by Forbes critic, John Mariani
  • During this special experience, you’ll take a culinary journey and explore an in-depth look at the history of Château de la Crée - Domaine Serene’s sister winery in Burgundy.  This thoughtfully curated wine and food pairing, prepared by the Domaine Serene Culinary Team, allows the opportunity to discover the Château’s storied vineyards throughout the Côte d’Or.  During this experience we’ll be reviewing the nuances of terroir by tasting our Burgundian and Oregon wines side-by-side – all elevated by locally sourced small plates paired to perfection.
• Afternoon aerial vineyard helicopter tour of the stunning Willamette Valley (weather permitting)
• Wine tasting of 2016 Yamhill Cuvee Pinot Noir and 2016 Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir
• Group dinner in Newberg at the restaurant Recipe Neighborhood Kitchen, featuring a five-course seasonal chef’s menu, with wine pairings

Sunday, October 20

• Private guided tour of Sokol Blosser vineyard in Dundee Hills including (approximately 45 minutes, weather permitting):
  • Welcome champagne toast
  • Private guided vineyard hike
• Outdoor picnic lunch prepared by Sokol Blosser chef including wine pairings and tastings (weather permitting)
