Tickets may not be re-sold or bartered. The sale or barter or attempted sale or barter of any ticket obtained in the Auction is expressly prohibited. Any ticket transferred, in violation of this rule may be confiscated or canceled.
Delivery Time:
Once the Auction closes for an item, you will be notified if your bid was successful via email and asked to check out by accurately and completely filling out your best contact and shipping information. If you do not check-out within 48 hours your item may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest bidder. You will also be contacted by a United representative within 5 business days with more information on your package, unless otherwise specified in the product description. The item will be shipped to the address you have designated upon check-out.* However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please allow 3-7 days for shipment of tickets, depending on the event date, and 4-6 weeks for shipment of merchandise, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
A physical mailing address within the 48 United States is required to bid on this item. Ships to U.S. 48 only. Cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Except as otherwise determined by United Air Lines, Inc., in its sole discretion, no refunds will be provided on any Auction item. Auction Rules:
To participate in an auction, the number of award miles in your account should be at least equal to the Current bid per item. Enter the total number of Award Miles you want to bid in 'My max bid'. After placing your bid, you may follow the auction at the 'My auction account' page. If you win the auction, you will be notified via email and your account will be automatically debited for the amount of Award Miles you had bid. No miles will be deducted from your account before the end of the auction.
Quantity
The quantity (number of items) available in this Auction is 2. You may not bid for more than one item. Bid per item Based on the current Winning bid, the system calculates the required minimum bid amount for your bid to become the Winning bid. Your bid must be equal or higher than the required minimum bid shown in the field \'My max bid\'. If your bid is higher than the required minimum, the system will automatically increase the bid on your behalf, using only as much of your Maximum bid as is required to keep you in the winning lot.
The Maximum bid is the highest price in award miles you are willing to pay for the item, however you won\'t necessarily use the full amount of your maximum bid. Your maximum bid will be kept confidential. Winning bid The Winning bid is the highest bid among all bids received so far. Every bid placed replaces the current Winning bid. When the auction ends, the member holding the Winning bid will be the winner. Bid history In the Bid history, all bids that have been placed so far for the item are listed in reverse chronology. The current winning bid can be viewed by clicking "Show Winning Bids".
Where do I park?
- Please visit this website for parking information at Red Rocks Ampitheatre.
- Parking lots open for shows 2 hours before event door time. We recommend arriving early to avoid traffic and ensure you have plenty of time to get to the venue.
- There is plenty of parking in our many lots, but we encourage you to carpool or use a rideshare service when possible.
- You may have to hike. Wear comfortable walking shoes, as routes from parking lots to the gates may be partially dirt, uphill and are sometimes lengthy in distance. Dependent on arrival times, overflow parking will be directed to Jurassic lot located one mile from the South Gate. We encourage early arrival times or carpooling to avoid long distance parking.
- For most shows, parking is included in the price of your ticket. No additional fee is charged at the venue on the day of a performance.
- Please park as directed by Red Rocks staff members. Cars blocking or impeding traffic, or illegally parked, will be relocated. If your vehicle is relocated, contact a staff member for assistance.
- Drop off points for rideshare services are located at Trading Post, Upper North Lot, and Upper South Lot. Limo and Shuttle bus drop off is located at the Top Circle lot. Cab stand located at Trading Post drop off. Pick up location at the end of the night will be directed to Lower South Lot 2 only. - Vehicles parked incorrectly or left overnight (not relocated prior to 10 a.m. the following day) may be ticketed or towed. Any vehicles left overnight must be unoccupied – no overnight camping in vehicles is allowed.
- Four ChargePoint charging stations for electric vehicles are located in the Trading Post parking lot.

Do you have a list of prohibited and permitted items for the ampitheatre?
- All possessions must fit under patron’s designated seat (18″ x 12″). Please visit our Permitted/Prohibited Items page for a complete list.
- Upon arrival to the gate entrances, please have your bags open and available for inspection. Red Rocks management reserves final decision on items brought into the venue.
- For those with prescription medication, patrons should only bring the amount of medication needed for the show in the original prescription container with the patient’s name and dosage on the label. Staff will verify at entrances and any excess medication should be stored in vehicles or can be stored with medical staff in the first aid room at the South Ramp entrance.
Is tailgating allowed before the concert?
- Tailgating must be confined to the rear of your vehicle and not interfere with the parking of other vehicles.
- You may not block off other parking areas or spots.
- Loudspeakers, tents and canopies are not permitted.
- Due to the risk of fire, open flame fires and charcoal grills are prohibited – no large BBQs. Food and beverages should be for personal consumption for your ticketed party. Small gas-controlled grills are allowed unless there are temporary fire bans in effect.
- Propane grills must be at least 12” off the ground and the flame no more 6” high.
- Glass is not permitted in any area of the park. Please use cans or plastic instead.
Can I bring a camera?
- Some artists do allow fans to bring in cameras and/or recording equipment. Most do not. This decision is made by each individual performer, not by Red Rocks. Please respect the guidelines in place for each event.
What happens if there is bad weather the day of the concert?
- Red Rocks Amphitheatre is an outdoor venue and shows typically occur in all elements of Colorado weather, so be prepared for adverse weather conditions, including full exposure to the sun, strong wind and even severe rain or snow. It is always wise to dress in layers, have a poncho on hand and to wear sunscreen.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes, as routes from parking lots to the gates may be partially dirt, uphill and sometimes lengthy in distance, dependent on what time you arrive.
- If you are instructed to leave the venue for a weather delay or cancellation, in most cases, your vehicle is your safest shelter. Be sure to keep your ticket stub or seat locator for re-entry once the all-clear is issued.
