Delivery Time
Once the auction closes for an item, you will be notified if your bid was successful via email and asked to check out by accurately and completely filling out your best contact and shipping information. If you do not check-out within 48 hours your item may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest bidder. You will also be contacted by a United representative within 5 business days with more information on your package, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
A physical mailing address within the 48 United States is required to bid on this item. Ships to U.S. 48 only. Cannot ship to a P.O. Box. For additional information, please refer to the Auction rules & restrictions.
Return Policy
Once a bid has been placed you cannot retract it. Except as otherwise determined by United Airlines, Inc., in its sole discretion, no refunds will be provided on any auction item. If for any reason an item is received damaged, becomes unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, United Airlines, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to offer a concession to impacted members.

Auction Rules
To participate in an auction, the number of award miles in your account should be at least equal to the current bid per item. Enter the total number of Award Miles you want to bid in 'My max bid'. After placing your bid, you may follow the auction at the 'My auction account' page. If you win the auction, you will be notified via email and your account will be automatically debited for Award Miles you had bid. No miles will be deducted from your account before the end of the auction.
Quantity
The quantity available is stated on the auction page. You may not bid for more than allowable quantity. Bid per package based on the current winning bid, the system calculates the required minimum bid amount for your bid to become the winning bid. Your bid must be equal or higher than the required minimum bid shown in the field \'My max bid\'. If your bid is higher than the required minimum, the system will automatically increase the bid on your behalf, using only as much of your maximum bid as is required to keep you in the winning lot.
The maximum bid is the highest price in award miles you are willing to pay for the item, however you won't necessarily use the full amount of your maximum bid. Your maximum bid will be kept confidential.
What if I do not have enough MileagePlus award miles?
You can buy up to 150,000 miles per account every calendar year through Personal Miles; Miles are available in increments of 1,000, with a minimum purchase of 2,000 miles per transaction, up to a maximum of 100,000 miles, and in increments of 5,000 up to a maximum of 150,000 miles. Please allow up to 48 hours for miles to post to your MileagePlus account. Miles purchased are nonrefundable. To learn more about buying miles, click HERE.
